Jourdan came up with the creative and entertaining solution to why the inhabitants of Michnar VII have such eclectic tech (Shades of Gray). The wormhole idea is brilliant and led to some entertaining posts! Jourdan has been awarded the Distinguished Newcomer Award for October, 2011. |

Distinguished Newcomer Award for September, 2011. Damion joined the sim and immediately got involved in the mission. He joined posts, met characters and has been a valuable addition to the crew. We look forward to a long and entertaining journey with Damion aboard! |

Andy is amazing. He started his own ship and joined two others. His ship won the gold Unit of Distinction Award for March. He won Theta Fleet Player of the Month. He still found time to start JPs on the Calypso with everyone and wrote some very entertaining solo posts. Welcome aboard, Andy! |

I nominate Shalie Montgomery for the Distinguished Newcomer Award on the grounds that she has proven to an excellent addition to the crew of Calypso in such a short amount of time. She has several posts to her name already and continues to stack them up daily. She is an active member of the crew that logs in daily and responds to joint posts in timely manner. She has demonstrated the willingness to start her own joint posts, and also participate in those starter by others. |
