| General Overview | "Never allow family to stand in the way of opportunity." Rules of Acquistion 6. Nava learned this early on in life. She had been long told that she would not be allowed to go into business or participate in business activities due to her gender. Nava was later found to have "the lobes" for business even as a child. Nava made several strips of latinum while in school by brokering deals to do other children's school work for them. Nava is close to her family, however they are not necessarily pleased with her choice to join Star Fleet, much less be a diplomat. |

Rule 3 Nava is very calm during negotiations, she looks at the best way to arrange the deal with the lowest physical and political costs that will still meet the needs of the parties involved. One of her weaknesses is that she can be demanding at times, especially when she wants something that she cannot have. Nava will go to great lengths to obtain these items at the lowest cost. |

| Personal History | Nava is the Daughter of Par Lenor and Pax. Nava is an only child and likes it that way. She was the apple of their eye and eventually followed Pax into business. Learning early on that he would teach her how to make a profit and apply the rules that she had been taught by her mother. While Pax was disappointed that Nava was not a male, he treated her as a male and taught her everything he knew about business. Born on Ferenginar in December, Nava spent her childhood learning the rules of acquisition from her mother and business sense from her father. Nava was found to have a knack for languages. Par Lenor and Pax encouraged Nava to learn and study, thinking that it would increase their profits later when she was older. Nava learned at a young age that demanding is not always the best way to get what one wants. Nava is definitely stubborn and will go after something is she wants it. Now she uses less demanding means of obtaining satisfactory results. When she was old enough, Nava decided that she wanted to attend Star Fleet Academy. Initially her parents believed that she would study engineering or science, both profitable areas, however Nava decided to deviate from the norm and studied diplomacy. After Graduation, Nava was assigned to the USS Bonneventure as a diplomatic aide and thus began her career in Star Fleet. Seving aboard the Bonnie for two years, she transferred back to Star Fleet Headquarters and worked as a junior Diplomat. |
