| Physical Description | Delon, who is half-human and half-Romulan doesn’t exactly exhibit many Romulan physical characteristic. He appears to be an ordinary human expect for two minor details. Physical traits that he inherited from his mother, the pointy ears and gray colored eyes. Dolan stands tall with long blonde hair. Something that is not too often seen from male Starfleet officers. A charming and attractive man who is in his late twenties. | |

Personality & Traits
| General Overview | A very hard person to read. He enjoys staying a mystery to most and keeps them at arm length for his own personal reason. However, one thing that anyone can count on when it comes to Delon is that he will be brutally honest. He doesn’t believe in beating around the bush. A trait that hasn’t won him many popularity contests but it’s something that he isn’t concerned with. He does have a fun side that tends to come out on an occasion. He can comes across as a very charming individual that knows how to say the right thing in the right situation. It is almost like every move that he makes is calculated and well thought out. There is a soft side to Delon but most of a time he is goal oriented and can be stubborn when it comes to this. At times he can prefer the company of a good book or holo-novel over that of real people. |

An excellent individual at hand to hand combat and not a bat shot either. He isn’t always the most patient individual. He can also be stubborn and speaks his mind at times. | |

There are a number of things that he would say are his favorite and among those is taking various mechanical objects apart in order to find out how they work. | Personal History | In 2358, his father Jonathan who was a Starfleet Intelligence agent left on a mission into the Romulan Star Empire in order to meet with his contact who went by the name of Hannam. She was an operative within the Tal Shiar who had been working for Starfleet Intelligence for a few years. Upon Jonathan’s arrival into the Romulan space he was quickly captured and brought to Tal Shiar headquarters for interrogation. This process also involved numerous torture. Hannam had managed to keep him alive but the torture continued. During this time the two of them had grown close. Eventually Jonathan was transferred to a prison facility where he had been forced to mine along with the rest of the prisoners. It was during this time that Hannam had given birth to a young baby boy. The year was 2359. Hannam quickly realized that the boy would not be accepted on the Romulan home planet due to his lack of Romulan features so she quickly came up with a plan to send the boy to Federation space. This plan involved the rescue of his father and everything that gone according to the plan. However, at the last moment Hannam was trapped and Jonathan didn’t have a choice but to leave her behind while the him and the boy got away. Upon Jonathan’s return to Federation space and back home he left Starfleet in order to raise his son. Jonathan also attempted to find information on Hannam but it was as if the incident had been swept under the rug. This didn’t sit well with Jonathan. So when Delon was only three years old his father passed him onto his grandmother Susan and said that he would be back within few days. However, he never came back. Delon had lost both of his parents at a young age. His mother who he never really knew and his father that left and was never heard from again. He grew up living with his grandmother. She was an older lady but she took very good care of him. She always made sure that he had anything he wanted. It wasn’t always easy for her to take care of a child that came from two different worlds but somehow she had managed. As Delon grew older he began to express great interest in joining Starfleet. His grandmother was very hesitant about this. She didn’t want him joining for several different reasons. One being the Dominion War and another the whole situation with his father. However, she knew that she couldn’t hold him back. He was a very smart kid that had been excellent at everything he ever tried to do. She knew that if he wanted to do it he was going to. In his last year in high school his grandmother had gotten really sick. There wasn’t anything that doctors could do for her. They said it was her advanced age. A few months graduation his grandmother passed away. He had lost all of his family and was left with no where to go. So in 2376, he joined Starfleet Academy. After four years at the Academy he graduated towards the top of his class and left for his first assignment. He was stationed aboard the USS Yuma as an operations officer where he was promoted on couple of different occasions. After serving for seven years aboard the ship he put in for a transfer for a position of Chief Operations officer aboard a Galaxy class starship, the USS Calypso. |
