"Everything is alright Lieutenant, you may stand down." Tovan responded.
Morgan smiled to herself and the rest of the team did as well as she took her seat. He might have told them to stand down but she knew better than that. They were going to continue to monitor him. The only problem was that the Alliance knew now and they could cut them off at any moment. They needed to find a way to be able to get through the jamming device.

"Please, make yourself comfortable. The dinner will be served shortly." Lumiya stated as she lead him into the room. She excused herself for a moment and left through the same door that they had entered through closing it behind her.
The room was pretty good in size. In the middle of the room was a table set up with two chairs. They were positioned opposite of each other. Further down at the end of the room was a pair of glass doors that lead to the balcony outside. The windows were covered by curtains. On the left side of the room there was a fire place that was lit and a comfortable sofa located in front of it. The right side was covered by curtains that were hiding the windows. The lights in the room had been dimmed lightly to give it more of an intimate setting.
"Fascinating..." Tovan said to himself as he looked around the room with a raised eye brow. The room had been set up more of as a date than a formal diplomatic dinner. He wasn't sure what to expect from Lumiya at this point. This could be very well part of her plan in order to get him comfortable and relaxed before she stuck her teeth into his neck in order to get the information she wanted. Either way, he was going to go on with the evening and see just where it goes.
He ventured further into the room examining everything that was inside before making his way towards the balcony doors. He tried one of the knobs and it opened the door. He pushed it open and stepped out into the balcony. He made his way to the edge railing and leaned on it looking around the property and into the distance.
"It isn't what it used to be before the conflict..." Lumiya said from behind him as she stepped on the balcony with two glasses in her hands. It was filled with a blue liquid. She had poured in some Romulan Ale for both of them.
Tovan didn't turn around to face her instead he continued to look out. He didn't want to admit that she had managed to sneak up on him. He felt a gentle nudge on his arm. He looked up and saw her standing next to him offering him a glass. He straightened out and grabbed it from her. "Thank you..." He said politely with a smile.
"No need to thank me. The truth is that I should be thanking you for bringing me this wonderful gift. It has been more than a decade since I have had a taste of Romulan Ale." She explained with a smile on her face. She stepped in closer to him. "A toast to a new found friendship." They touched glasses and each brought their drinks to their lips taking a sip of the Ale. "I thought Romulan Ale was illegal in the Federation."
"It is..." Tovan responded with a chuckle. He turned back around to the railing leaning on it as he looked out once again. He felt her brush up against him again as she leaned on the railing right next to him. "It's a good thing we aren't in Federation territory." Tovan turned to face her and winked at her.
She couldn't help but laugh at his comment. "That is very true. We used to be once part of the Federation family, but that was such a long time ago." She stated with a sadden tone before bringing her glass to her lips and taking another sip.
Tovan looked to her but didn't say anything. He followed as she did and took another sip of his ale before looking out into the distance. There was a silence between the two of them for a few moments. They just seemed to stay in the moment.
Lumiya was the first one to break that moment. She had turned around to face him looking at his ears. She smiled gently bringing up her finger tip to his ear and running her finger around the outline of his ear. "I can see where you get your taste for the ale." She smiled gently.
Tovan was surprised by her sudden move, but didn't move away or protest her touch. The truth was that it was rather enjoyable not he wouldn't go and tell her that. He brought his glass up and took another sip. "My father was a human, while my mother was a Romulan." He volunteered the information as he knew that there would be questions.
Lumiya smiled. "I was wondering from which side of the family your Romulan features came from. It's nice to see that I was right. I guess that it must be from your mother's side as your human features are definitely a lot more dominate to the Romulan ones. I have to say that the most attractive part of the Romulans is the ears." She bit her lip gently as her finger continued to move over his ear.
"I believe that was a compliment." Tovan smiled turning his head around to where he could look at her face. "Thank you..." He brought his glass to his lips and took another sip. She was flirting with him that much was obvious. But was this part of her plan or did she just want to get to know him he wondered.
"You're very welcome." Lumiya said as she did the same. She brought her glass to her lips and sipped at it the whole time her eyes never left his. She found the man attractive. She was finding it harder and harder to deny it. No one ever said that you couldn't have some fun while working.
"Excuse me madam, the dinner is served." There was a man at the door dressed in all black. He looked like a butler.
"Thank you." Lumiya responded then looked to Tovan. "Shall we eat?"
Tovan nodded. "Yes, we shall."
