[OLD]

Tate wanted to retort the insult but instead bottled in her frustrations. "Present your evidence."

[NEW]

"I have the evidence, but I don't trust you with it," Sam said. "Just as Keelan framed you for murder, he will frame Kali. Your judgment is impaired. You are out of line, commander."

"Mr. Munich, beam Kali and Orvack to the VIP quarters where they will be my guest until the Jenefrans can show sufficient evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are guilty of any crime."

The reply was missed for a few seconds while orders were issed; it had not taken more than a snap of the finger and German accented word of 'Energize.' The OPS Officer had a constant lock from the relay of Science sensory locks on each member as the Commanding Officer had ordered.

Two Blue Shimmering effects made the two 'targets' that vanished.

=^= Confirmed Commodore. =^= The voice of Munich came over the comm system. =^= On standby Commodore, you call ve answer. =^=

"Since you are unwilling to hear my evidence, I will present it to the people of Jenefra. Let them decide who is telling the truth," Sam stated.

Jennifer's emotions now radiated hated openly towards York, a deep seething hatred. "A man attacks the Jenefran council in front of your eyes and you grant him asylum. You are presented with weak evidence and you do nothing to protect one of your own. I have asked you several times to present your evidence, you refuse and call me unwilling."

She now turned her head to Remy, her emotions did not change. "I know where I stand now." She said to him motioning one of the guards forward. The guard walked towards York handing her a neary folded Federation duty uniform with intelligence colors and pips denoting a Lieutenant Commander.

"Leave now, and take that with you." She stated turning away from them retreating towards the council chambers to check on Keelan.

Remy's heart dropped. He couldn't let this happen. He didn't want to. The Little Chief of Intel pushed through the two guards and followed Tate into the chambers.

The guards stepped to a better defensive position and waited for the gesgure of the King before they acted; Tate was a trusted friend to the King but other than that he did not really care what became of the woman but should that Federation attack the King , then anyone who threatened the King would not see another day.

"Your highness, my deepest apologies." Tate said getting onto her knees, bowing before the King. The Federation delegation has greatly dishonoured you and these sacred chambers. Commodore York is spewing venomous accusations towards you. I have sent them away however they have ignored our laws and taken the Princess and the Usurper back to their ship granting them asylum. I assure you your highness I will not let this stand. I beg of your forgiveness."

Remy reached his threshold with these people. He reached into his boot and removed a small rod like device. With a flick of a button, he gave it a charge and rammed the rod into the side of one of the guards, tasering him. Than quickly to the other guard. Now that they were dealt with, he continued on.

Seeing the sight of the small man plowing through their comrades, several guards armed with crossbows appeared all pointing at the dwarven man to protect their King and his advisor.

Remy held his hands up. "Wait! Stop! I only want to talk."

Jennifer looked at the King for a moment before rising up. She did not make any signals to the guards nor did she turn to Remy. "You need to leave Lieutenant, Commodore York squandered your chances at dialogue." She replied coldly.

"I'm not here for her!" Remy shouted. "I want to offer you two an out." He took a step toward them than stopped. "You think, once York presents her evidence to the people of Jenefra, along with the Princess and the Qunari, that you will stand a chance? Its about time you two stop trying to save face and save yourselves. With my help, you can get out of here alive."

"Why would we agree to such terms without even knowing what your supposed evidence is?" Jennifer replied remaining with her back turned to Remy.

"You think it matters what the evidence is?" Remy replied quickly. "You, of all people, should know that its not what you have its how you present it and doing it along side the daughter of the former King would give whatever she says credibility. All she has to do is drop her fathers name, start the water works, and she can have each, and every one of those Jenefran's wrapped around her finger. The daughter of the former King returning to overthrown an evil ruler. They make movies with plots like that which still gets people in the seats. Your up against a wall here and you're out of options."

"My mind is analytical, I use fact and not fantasy to prove my words. It sounds to me like your Federation has no real proof but hopes that throwing a fantastical rhetoric before the Jenefran people alongside a coward will serve as proof to their lies. The Jenefran people are smarter then that, they will not be wooed by false royalty and fancy words which is all it sounds like you have, a fiction derived from the sick mind of your so-called leader. Like me, the Jenefran people and the council will believe in fact, not fiction." Jennifer stated with a smirk as she turned to face the Starfleet Officer.

"You've been on the ship and a member of the Federation. Do you honestly think someone like Commodore York would come down here with no real proof of whats going on? When have you ever known her to no do her do diligence when it comes down to someone like this? And the Princess. You've sent people after her, twice, and she is still alive. If I were you I would have outsourced. Don't send Jenefran's to kill a Jenefran Princess and let her live. You got sloppy and now, in order to keep you alive, I need to give you an exit instead of leaving you to a firing squad, Tate."
