Mission: Revenge

Orin was monitoring the frequencies with numerous glances in between sweeps of the corridor, he needed to get a signal through to allow a Transporter Lock.
"Guess we're stuck here for now lets just stay put for now." Korok grumbled
[Team One]
Kara led the Marines back to the cell where Sam and Ignatz were just leaving.
"Good to see you," Sam said to Kara and Cam. "The rest of the away team has already vacated. I think we should head to the arena and find the others. I have a debt to settle."
"All due respect Commodore, your safety is of higher priority right now than some personal vendetta that could get you killed" Cam said, holding his arm out to stop Sam. He didn't want to drag her out of here, but if it came to it he'd be willing to do it, "we need to get you out if here before anything"
"We need to get everyone out of here. Nero is the key to that," she countered. "I'm not going to stay in a cell and wait for my people to be slaughtered when I am the one responsible."
Damon had gone out with the others or she would have appealed to him as well. "If you want to come along, you're welcome, but I'm going to find Nero."
Cam sighed, "you leave me little choice" he said, turning to his team, "form up on the Commadore, she's in charge" he ordered before reaching into a pocket on his leg, pulling out a hand phaser and offered it to Sam, "let's get this over with quickly"
Ignatz rose, taking a flanking position. The water and bread had helped some, and he hefted the heavy chains as his weapon.
Sam took the phaser. "Thank you."
She led the way out of the cell and headed for the arena. She knew the way far too well by now and made her way carefully, keeping an eye out for guards.
Two large guards came from a side corridor and fired on the party.
Kara pulled out her knife and went for one guard.
Parhtz, in a panic pulled his TR and shot the second guard repeatedly until he dropped.
Sam also pulled out her knife. Between the two women, the guard went down without the opportunity to fight back.
[A large Cell]
Nero was hiding in an empty cell, waiting for the invaders to free the rest of the prisoners and then move on to the guard area to engage his men before sneak out of the compound into his private underground bunker to wait for the fighting to end. If his men won, he would return and reward them for their bravery. If the Federation won, he would wait for them to leave and then leave the planet and make up a story for his boss. Whatever happened, Nero would come out on top. He always did.
Alexandra stepped quietly into the cell holding Amarylis who was curled up in her arms. Her head was buried into Alexandra's shoulder covering her battered face. She smiled sinisterly as she eyed her new prey. To her, he was as good as Cardassian. She gingerly set Amarylis down into a far corner. "There there Amarylis, you sit here for a moment I have a matter to attend to."
Amarylis did not reply and simply rested her weary head against the stone wall. Alexandra slowly rose and turned to her target locking her eyes onto his back studying him.
"Oh, how the mighty have fallen." She began in a calm mocking tone pacing behind him.
Sam heard the activity and the thoughts coming from the cell. Alexandra's rage was hard to miss. She stopped in the doorway to see what was going on, not pleased with what she saw.
Alexandra's eyes shot open in rage and she drove her foot forward slamming the heel of her boot into Nero's back. "Do not speak unless you are spoken to insect!" she hissed. "You will soon learn the price of disobedience, just like you beat into your slaves."
In a moment when his legs opened as he cringed on the floor Alexandra drove the toe of her boot into his groin. "You won't be needing those anymore."
"Alex..s-stop." Amarylis pleaded in a weak tone trying to lift her arm.
Alexandra rushed over to Amarylis. "Save your strength." she said kneeling down brushing Amarylis' hair from her eyes.
She did not wait long before focusing back upon Nero giving him little time of reprieve.
Sam stepped into the cell. "Enough, Alexandra. Stand down," she ordered.
"No. Not this time Samantha. This time they do not get away." She said stalking her prey and she lunged forward kicking him squarely in his torso sending him tumbling into the far wall.
Sam grabbed Alexandra by her arm and threw her against the wall and placed herself between the woman and Nero. "I said stand down. That's an order, Commander." She glared at Alexandra for a long moment. "Take Sergeant Beckinsale to safety. Leave Nero to me."
"You really want to go down this route Samantha. I've got home court advantage and well....I don't think they teach you much how to scrap in nerd school. I have no desire to engage in combat with you, but that thing doesn't leave here." she said pointing to Nero behind her. "Now with all due respect Commodore, move out of my way."
"No," Sam stated firmly. "I will not. He lives and he stays here. You will take Sergeant Beckinsale to safety. Do I make myself clear?" Sam had fought with more than her share of men and women bent on killing her or worse. She would not back down to Alexandra. Nero needed to live to take a message back to his superiors. He needed to be the messenger, not a guard or another prisoner. Nero. And Sam would make sure he lived to do just that. She pulled out her knife, her eyes deadly serious. "I would not recommend you challenge me on this, Commander."
