[Holding area]

The Slave Girl ran barefoot through the corridor pressing the release switch to open the holding cell doors.

"Federation's here, time to fight for our freedom!" She would say then move to the next cell, it was a way to get the Syndicate forces busy and allow the Marines a better chance to advance.

She had opened a half dozen cells as she came to one that seemed empty; the Solitary confinement cells would have the real mean fighters in it. Suddenly she sensed another mind; a strong aura that had to be of Betazoid heritage. SHe moved to that cell and threew the door open, looking to see the single occupant. "Oh, it's a kitty..." She said as she had not expected a Caitlin to have Betazoid heritage. "Hey we are breaking out of here you want to help?"

Ignatz arose, a little shakily at first, looking at the young girl who had touched his mind. "Aye" he croaked. He followed the girl, but as he stepped out of the cell, he felt a blow to the side of his head and went down. He saw the guard through blurred vision approaching the girl and anger rose in him. He sprang, wrapping the chains of his manacles around the guard's throat tightly. Even as the guard bashed him against the wall repeatedly, he held tight and began speaking as best he could, "We commend this soul to it's final rest, may it know no more pain, but joy instead. May the high one take mercy on his soul, and grant him peace, amen." With a sharp tug, there came a loud crack and the guard went still.

Ignatz untangled the chain and rose achingly to his feet. "Lets go."

"You might like this..." She reached into the cleavage of the rag of a dress and drew out a small control device. "Let's see here... my Orion is rusty..." She pointed it at his shackles and pressed some buttons but they remained in place."Try the 'Code All thing" She presed the code and the shackles all fell away. "Okay that worked. She replaced the device.

Ignatz stretched, then bent down and picked up the manacles, closing them empty so that they could not be easily used. The heavy chains and cuffs, would make a fine weapon, an ironic one, using the symbol of their slavery to slay their oppressors.

"I can lead you back to the Federation section and they can watch ovre you." Slave Girl said with a smile. "Think of me as a delivery Girl."

"I am Ignatz, a priest and I thank you for this, I will owe you much when we are free." Said Ignatz

"I'll start you a tab." Slave Girl said as she checked the route ahead. "I am Spartacus." She mentioned as she moved silently with her bare feet down the corridor. The other escapes will cause chaos while the Marines attack." She assured.

Ignatz followed just as silently on his bare feet. His clothes had been taken from him right off, replaced by a ratty loincloth. He'd lost so much weight while he was here, more than he'd put on while at the starbase, though not as thin as when he'd left the negative universe. "I'll follow your lead then, Spartacus." he strained to hear noises ahead, and his eyes shined in the semi-darkness as he followed her.

Spartacus had the route down by now, she had to get as many back to the Federation section as she could while the Marines are coming to get all the crew off the planet and anyone else that needed saving.

That was the Federation way according to what Spartacus was taught.

"They are just through there." Spartacus said as she directed Ignatz to teh area that they had shot at her. "I would follow but they are shooting at anything green."

"Thank you, Spartacus. I'll tell them that you are friendly and not to be shot at." said Ignatz to her retreating backside.

Korok looked down at the security officer, glad he did not have to kill the man as he stood up and took a few steps and then sunk to his hands and knees as he continued to try and breath. After a few minutes he glanced up. No one was yelling to continue the fight, no one was prodding him. He glanced back at the security officer and then stood up. His knee still hurt and he dragged that lag with him in a hobble. He held out his hand to the man. "Come on let's leave."

The Security man took a step back to be safe before he turned without touching the man's hand. "Et tu Klingon?" He remarked as he walk away.

"No, Bajoran" Korok replied in his growl as he dropped his offered hand of peace

The security officer didn't hear him. He was going back to the cell, to the others, to get out of here.
