Ronnie ran to Damion but held back, uncertain if she should touch him and offer him support or keep her distance. So for now, she kept her distance. He's pushed her away once, she wasn't sure if she could take being pushed away again. Not now, at any rate.

Damion sat up, going quiet for a moment. Mentally, he was fighting to hold his own. Trying to keep himself together. "Captain Strife? Ensign Damion Wolfe, Sir. You asked to see me?" He slowly tried to get to his feet, but made it as far as being on one knee. Unexpectedly, he looked up and straight ahead. Shooting out another angry look, followed by an equally furious feeling. "You Androian Bastard! If you ever come at my again, I will rip out your heart and send your blue ass back to that cold rock you call a home!" His eyes rolled slightly in the back of his head, closing his eyelids in the process. His head tilted back slowly as the feeling of rage was replace by one of euphoria. He looked down, speaking softly. "Thy'lan? I think we should tell your brother about us? You know we're all like family. He should know how we feel about each other. He might actually be happy for us." Damion sighed slightly and slowly started to laugh. "Aces high, Whiskers! Looks like you and the cat lady are gonna be spending the night, wondering how is it that you can't win a simple game of poker." He continued to laugh and stopped. "I am not cheating. You ever consider the possibility that you guys just. I don't know. Suck at the game?" He let out a smirk and suddenly went quiet. His eyes opened as he look like he was about to cry. "Ren! Thy'ren! Don't you dare die on my, you Andorian pain in the ass! Dammit Ren." He looked behind him and then back. "Your not dying on Romulus. Thy'lan would never forgive me for leaving you here." He closed his eyes again, slowly standing up onto his feet. He swayed slightly and stopped, holding his hand out, pointing at someone who wasn't there. His sorrow was replaced by anger as he opened his eyes again. "I know your responsible. Look at me, you Nausicaan prick!" He seemed to put his hand on his side and throw it back out again, holding it like he was a weapon. "If I found out you had anything to do with Thy'ren dying, I will personally hunt you down and see to it there is nothing left of you to identify with! Do you hear me?!!" He went quiet for a moment. "You killed him, didn't you? You killed Thy'ren, the closet thing to a brother I ever had. Did he put you up to this?!! Did Strife order you to do it?!!"
Samantha stood quietly, watching the expressions cross Damion's face and feeling his emotions. They were too strong, too raw, to be ignored. She closed her eyes and fougt to keep her own emotions from coloring Damion's.
Thy'lan? Who was she and what was she in Damion's life? It was someone he hadn't mentioned to Ronnie before. It was clearly someone he cared about. She ached for the obvious joy he'd felt.
He stumbled a bit, closed his eyes and putting his head down. His focus was better and slightly improving as he was pushing more and more memories back into the back of his head. He let out a sigh and stood in silence. Damion stood up straight, the dried tears on his face. "Forgive me, amongst all the commotion in the transfer and picking up my assistant, I neglected to review your file to getting better knowledge of who I would be working with." He walk slowly forward, placing his hands behind his back. "Lieutenant JG Damion Wolfe, at your service, Ma'am." Sam could feel his mind slowly closing and blocking to her, refraining from her picking up any surface thought. She would recognize the conversation, seeing as how it was there first one when he came onboard. "Let me tell you how much I liked it." He held his hand out like he was holding a cup and then tossed it "That help you out?" He paused. "Good. Leave my coffee how it is! Don't try to do me any favors regarding my plan, normal, black, and wonderful coffee!" Damion yelled feeling his rage creeping up on him. He closed his eyes and then took in a deep breath placing his hand on his face and shaking his head. "You know, you guys at Starfleet Security really need to get a better handle on your crazy people." He sighed as he turned his head again. He was reliving the first conversation he had with Cassandra. "Unfortunately, that report was sent to the chain of command to my superiors. Had you gotten here a few minutes sooner I would have handed it right off to you. I'll do my best to tell them to overlook the information regarding Donovan and Stran. However the information with Kyt is major priority."
Sam was relieved to feel the mental shields reform. It meant that a part of him was returning and, hopefully, that he would soon be in full control again. She glanced at Ronnie who didn't seem to be faring quite so well. She was clearly distraught by Damion's struggle. But this was something both Damion and Ronnie would need to deal with, so she stayed where she was and watched.
