Ronnie was again searching out crew of the Calypso. She turned a corner and spotted Hur'Rak.
As she'd avoided Sector 8, she didn't think she'd run into him again. She quickly turned and headed in a different direction.
Hur'Rak saw Ronnie and ran over to her. He was still a little angry at her for what she did to him. He growled and then once he got close enough to her, he grabbed her shoulders and threw her against the wall. "Your not getting away from me, this time!"
Ronnie twisted and lashed out to try and get away from him, but his grip was too tight. "Never say never." She was thinking quickly, gaging her chances of kneeing him in the groin.
He turned her around and then held her against the stonewall. When her knee came up, he brought his free hand down and caught it, holding it up slightly as he leaned in, pressing against her. "I told you I like them feisty." Hur'Rak laughed and then squeezed the hand around her throat a little. "You know, Johnny was right. You are too beautiful to kill, so I think we should have ourselves some old Klingon fun." He snarled a little and then loosened his grip around her throat. "Your going to pay for what you did to me."
Ronnie glared at him silently, all the while thinking of what she could do to get away from him.
"I'm going to make you scream." Hur'Rak whispered and then grabbed her by her hair, pulling her head back. "Your going to be begging for mercy." He began to pull her off the wall and toward the way he came in.
Ronnie pulled back as much as she could, fighting him every inch of the way. She wasn't about to go anywhere with him. "I have friends. Friends who won't take kindly to this."
"So do I." He laughed and then pulled her face closer to his and then smiled. "And they would love to get to know you better." Hur'Rak let out a laugh and then went back to pulling the struggling Ronnie.
All the while, Damion watched from an unseen area. Covered in the shadows of the section. He had been keeping an eye on Hur'Rak since he said he wanted to get her back. He didn't understand why, but he felt like he had to watch out for her. None of this made any sense to him. He never got too close to anyone. Not even for a job, but this was just bothering him much more.
I'll kill you first, she vowed silently. She wasn't in a position to fight back yet, but she would. At one point or another, he'd be vulnerable and then she'd get away. If she focused on that and nothing else, she might have a chance.
If she got out of this alive, she'd stay in her own sector until she was sure Hur'Rak was dead.
When they were in the open, she made a break for freedom, hoping someone would intervene on her behalf. It wasn't likely, but she had to try something before he got her into a tent.
Unfortunately, she was pulled into a section that Hur'Rak ran. Not many of them paid much mind to what he did, as long as he didn't bother them about it. Most just watched and thanked that thay weren't the one. He was known for is appetite and also for leaving them with marks to remember.
Damion followed them quietly and slowly. Now that they were in their own section, he could do it without being questioned. He saw her get pulled into the tent and quickly his heart jumped. Why? Why was she important? He thought to himself as he walked slowly to the tent. Why is your face haunting me when I close my eyes? He put his hand on the side of the tent and listened closely.
Now Ronnie was scared. Not again. she promised silently. Hur'Rak threw her onto the floor and she rolled away, grabbing for any object she could find to use as a weapon.
He saw her grab his dagger and then laughed again. "Yes, Fight. Just like a Klingon Woman." Hur'Rak growled slightly and then licked his lips. "All the more fun. For me." He let out another hearty laugh.
Ronnie lunged at him with the knife, aiming for his heart.
Hur'Rak smiled as he sidestepped quickly and caught her wrist. He then twisted it so that her muscles would reflex and let go of the knife, dropping it. "You obviously aren't much of a person for weapons." He laughed and then gave her a quick shot to the stomach and then push her onto the bed. He started remove the top of his clothes. "But you have that fire in your eyes, I like. Most people gave up by now, but you keep holding onto something."
"It's called sanity," she hissed. And a desperate desire to survive. He was a lot stronger than she was and once he got her down, she wouldn't be able to do much, so she needed to fight now.
While he was removing his shirt, she made a move to get off the bed and out the door.
She made it passed him, but was jerked back when he grabbed her hair. Hur'Rak pulled her down to the ground and laughed as he straddle her and held her down by her wrists. "You can't run from me, but the more you run the worse it gets for you. The more fun it gets for me." He laughed loudly and then leaned down and licked her cheek.
She couldn't move, but she wasn't going to make it easy for him. "Have you had your shots?"
"Nothing you need to concern yourself about, Precious." Hur'Rak laughed again as he pulled down and tried to force his lips onto hers.
"That's enough of that," Sam said from the doorway. She'd felt Ronnie's distress and came to help her. "I suggest you get off her and leave before I decide to take matters into my own hands." She'd heard about Hur'Rak, although she hadn't met him before.
Hur'Rak got up quickly and then pulled Ronnie up by her wrist. He wrapped his arm around her and held a knife from his leg to her throat, smiling devilishly. "I don't think so." He laughed and then began to walk slowly forward, trying to drive Sam out of the tent and into the open.
Damion, who had witnessed the whole thing slipped out around the tent out of view, but not out of mind. He felt Ronnie's distress but also felt York approaching. She seemed familiar to him too. Could she have been someone close to him as well. She possessed a same kind of mental ability he had. He could sense it off her. Was she that familiar to him? Could she be related to me. A sister perhaps? A much older sister? He thought as he hid in a spot where he could still see what was going on.
"Did you forget your place? This is my sector! My domain! My... Empire." Hur'Rak laughed and then looked back to York. "Your in the wrong place to be making demands."
