After he returned from the Arboretum, Doctor Hart went straight to his head nurse and handed her the herbs. "You might want to give these to the patient. I have no idea how he takes it as Doctor Bowen treats him."

Barbara smiled. "Oh. He creates tea out of it and drinks it. I've seen how Doctor Bowen has explained instructions to him. Good reports on this."

"Sadly, I'm not an expert in these things...", he shook his head.

"Not a problem, sir."

"One last thing, I want a set of vitals before he is discharged. I'm leaving in a couple of hours for lunch and will be on call. Doctor Bowen is still on the planet."

"Yes. Last I heard, they are getting ready to send supplies down there. Well...," Barbara said as she looked down at the herbs. "I'll give these to him and get a set of vitals. Is there anything else you need me to do, sir?"

He stood quietly as his mind thought of the visit to the Arboretum and seeing the beautiful lady working there. He wondered if she will be interested to get to know him as he is to her.

"Sir, are you okay?" Nurse Tarango asked, seeing him staring at the wall in the far distance.

"Yeah," Jason shook his head. "Too much thinking...go ahead. I'll let you know if there is something else."

She nodded and left him to attend to the patient. He sure is not acting boyish, Barbara thought of the doctor's behavior. More like a professional person now. She smiled as she approached the patient and gave a brief instructions as the patient already knows what to do with the herbs. Maybe Hart is getting settled down after taking the ACMO position? Who knows... she shook her head.

"Something wrong with my vitals, nurse?" The patient asked.

Barbara patted his shoulder, "No...sorry. I was thinking and accidently shook my head. Your vitals are fine...a little high on the blood pressure, but I'm sure this herb will relax you. Any complications, come back to see us...ok?"

"Yes, ma'am."
