"How is she doing doctor?" The tall man standing over the doctor asked. He was dressed in a military uniform; the rank insigne showed that he was of somewhat important.

The older man that was dressed in a suit with a white coat over it stood up with a sigh and turned to the man who just asked the question. "She is fine. The affects of the gas should wear off in matter of minutes."

"That's excellent news." The tall man said. For a moment he looked relieved about the news but the hardened face quickly turned to all business. He was about to speak again when someone knocked on the door. The man turned his attention towards the door. "Enter!"

The door opened and a female officer stepped into the room. "I'm sorry to interrupt you sir, but we have just received intelligence that the Coalition had began to mobilize their troops. We are unaware of the current plan of action. It seems that they have gone into a communication silence."

The male officer nodded to the female officer and turned his attention to the doctor. "If you will excuse me I have business to attend to. Notify me when she wakes up."

The doctor nodded and just as the male officer was about to exit the room there was a gentle few grunts that came from where Lumiya was resting. She had begun to wake. The male officer turned around looking in her direction. He noted that her eyes were about half open at this point and she was trying to figure out just where she was. He turned to the female officer and nodded to her. It was as if he told her everything she needed to know with that nod. She left the room and closed the door. The male officer turned and walked over to Lumiya along with the doctor.

"What is going on...?" Lumiya asked with an unsure tone of voice. She had looked around the room and realized that she was back in the palace. But how or why did she get there was still unclear to her. She tried to sit up too quickly and ended back on the bed.

"Take it easy my dear; the affects are still wearing off." The doctor said as he offered her hand. He gently helped her up into a sitting position.

"Affects of what...?" She asked as she looked at the doctor then quickly turned her attention to the male officer. "What is going on General?"

The male officer now indentified as the General looked at the doctor. "If you will excuse us doctor..." The doctor nodded and smiled at Lumiya before gathering his things and leaving the room. The General turned his attention over to Lumiya."

She looked at him waiting for answers that she wanted so badly. He began by explaining what had happened at the conference. That was followed by the actions that the Special Forces team took in order to secure her from the room and bring her back to the palace. Lastly he added the troop's mobilization by the Coalition and how it was his intention to follow the same course of action. They were to mobilize all of their troops and secure their boarders; they were going to prepare for the worst.

Lumiya listened patiently and carefully to everything that the General had to say. She agreed with his course of action in if the Coalition was starting to prepare their troops that they should do the same. At least as a precaution, she didn't intend to be caught off guard. She also wanted to know more details and establish communication with the Coalition, Union and even the Federation.

After the short briefing with the general, he left the room and the doctor entered again to check up on Lumiya some more before allowing her to get up and move around.
