Morgan stepped off the lift with a PADD in hand. She had found herself doing a lot more walking ever since she had become the Assistant Chief of Operations. She has been collecting reports, filing reports, meeting with various crew members. It had been an exciting time but also a tiring one so when she walked up to the sickbay she let out a sigh and walked in. After this she was off duty. She looked forward to a nice long bath and some delicious dinner. She hadn't picked out what she wanted yet but she knew it was going to be yummy. She walked over to the office door and knocked on it. A bit old fashion but she just smiled and waited.

"Come in..."

Morgan walked into the office and smiled at the person behind the desk. "Hello. I am Lieutenant Faye from Operations. I've been told that you have one of my people in here with a flu I believe. I was wondering if you can give me a more detailed report on her condition."

Leanne gave a tired smile as she leaned back in her chair. "Hello. Have a seat...", she watched her place herself in one of the chairs in front of her desk. "She is doing a lot better...it must be the herbs that I bought from the starbase. Most the medicine is resistance to this type of flu." She was feeling down lately, hoping that this flu doesn't get to her. "So, how are you?"

Morgan had done just as she was instructed. She took a seat and listened to what the woman had to say. "Well, I am happy to hear that she is doing well and I am doing good as well. Should we worry about this flu spreading across the ship, and it's resistant?"

"Well, I meant our medicine is resistant...the herbs seem to be working. I wouldn't worry too much about the flu spreading. If they come down with it, I will use these herbs...", she hoped that it remains that way, "no matter where we go, there are germs everywhere."

Morgan nodded with a sigh of relief. "I am glad to hear that's its nothing too serious, my Chief was concerned about it and wanted me to check to see what the status was" She smiled at the doctor briefly. "I hope to see Sam back on her feet soon, we really do miss her in Operations."

"Just give her a few days to get back to duty," Leanne smiled at her. "She will be sedated for 24 hours and slowly be laid off the medications."

Morgan nodded. "Alright, I will. Just please keep us updated if there are any changes to her condition."

"No, problem."

Morgan nodded to the doctor and stood up. She offered one last friendly smile to the doctor before turning around and leaving the office. She headed out of sickbay with a gentle smile on her face. She was happy to know that Sam would be okay.
