Sam felt Teenah's fear, as well as the eagerness of John and Thy'las to defend the team. She looked at John and gave a partial shake of her head. Not yet. "I don't think you realize that if I don't reply to that message, my First Officer will know something is wrong and come down here with a hundred security officers and Marines." She stood taller. "I am the captain of the Starship Calypso. I came here to negotiate, not to fight. But if you will not desist, you will leave me no choice."

Some of the eight looked nervously around, but the leader stood. "There are no such things as starships. You dress and speak like someone from the surface. The fact that you figured out how to repair the machine only proves you will be of use to us here." He signaled to the guards.

Sam nodded to John and Thy'las. "Disable, don't kill." She acted quickly, knowing she only had a few seconds to do a surprise attack. She grabbed the nearest guard and flipped him over her shoulder, taking the weapon from him.

"I loath guns..." Spartacus raised her arms to show nothing in a holster.

The two hands came down as two throwing knives struck and embedded in the biceps of the Guards nearest the Elders; thin blade meant to slice into skin and stop when they hit bone. Just before she darted forward while they howl in pain.

"One little two little guards down..." She mused as she advanced.

Watching the others spring into action, Aenar smashed the nearest guard in the mouth with a surprise right-hook. Hardly elegant, he thought to himself with a grunt as he ducked below the returning punch, before lunging and grappling the man in a dump-tackle. Another punch to the stunned guard knocked him out.

The Bajoran retrieved the pistol from the holster around the guard's waist, and started fiddling with the settings to find a stun option as the action whirled around him.

"In the hole", John called out, tossing the belt with the activated flash grenades, into the guards. He closed his eyes and brought his forearm up to cover his face.

Hearing the tell tale sign of the grenades having gone off, John grabbed his hold-out phaser and picked a target and stunned them.

"Are you sure we aren't from a starship now?" he called out, hoping to get the elders to stand down.

Thy'Las grabbed the nearest guard and shoved him back, spinning around into a roundhouse kick, which connected across his face. She slightly shook her head, having a slight smirk on her face. While most were content with keeping small and subtle, the Major was prepared more for a small war then a silent fight. Part of her had to respect him for that, while the other half was reminded that they were supposed to be threading a needle and not looking for a fight.

She allowed her self to enjoy the moment. Thy'Las ran to two guards, standing by each other, and let out a laugh as she tossed herself into the air. The two guards caught her horizontally, one held onto her upper body while the other held onto her legs. The Andorian wrapped first one in a head lock and threw her weight forward, forcing the two to flip forward, and the three to land on the ground. She soon rolled onto the ground, ending in a crouching position, before rolling forward kicking one in the head. Thy'Las soon turned to the second and removed the handle of the retractable blade. Using it as an equalizer, she brought her arm back, and slugged her fist against the seconds face.

The Andorian woman stood up slowly, content smile on her face, her chest heaving slightly from her quick breaths. She removed her hat, exposing her Andorian antennae, as she threw her hand out retracting the blade from the handle. While she seemed to have a look that challenged any other guards, she hoped exposing her antennae and revealing her as another species, would act as slight proof that they were not of this world.

What Spartacus was to do next made her sick; it was aginst all that she had told herself she would not do; the one line that she drew for herself afterward, but if they were going to make her a slave she had to do all that she could when she got to that table. Her love of Gymnastics and other training made the Table only a base for her vaulting over it ; her target the man who had read the paper, the leader of them all, she knew exactly how to deal with him. SHe had been tortured and worst when she did not get it right, it was her nature according to that Damned Damon.

Spartacus let the light catch her eyes in the way only an Orion female can; she allowed her nature to 'let her hair down' landing in the lap of the leader she put a kiss upon him like she vowed never to do; pheromones that are usually penned up were now being set to the seduction side of her heritage and she had been throughly instucted on how to kiss a man to the full advantage. Orions are supposed to be exotic and iresistable to men, Spartacus let that little but deep kiss have the full seduction of the Orion heritage flow through her. Breaking the lip lock she look with twinkling eyes into the Leader...

"You won't let them hurt me will you?" Spartacus cooed with the pouting lips for emphasis, she was the sexiest look from a woman that he will ever see as the 'Seductive Slave Girl' just came out of the bottle.

As chaos erupted, Shan laughed. “About damn time!” she yelled at the rescue team, and threw herself at the nearest of her guards. Her foot shot out and sideways into a knee, taking him down to where she could launch a full powered back elbow into his temple, knocking him out. She gave him another kick, just for spite, and stole his sidearm. She didn’t know if it could only stun like they had done to her, or if it could kill, but she didn’t really care. She took careful aim, right at the man in charge, the one who would have been responsible for keeping her chained up like an animal and treated like a beast of burden, the one Spartacus seemed to making some kind of pass at, and she pulled the trigger.
