Inside the box was a picture frame, but it wasn't like other picture frames. It was digital and the first picture she saw was one of her and her family when she was younger. "I know it seems ordinary, but when is something from me ordinary?" He said softly as he tapped a small button on the screen which brought up a side menu. In the menu she could access other photos from her past, add new photos, select from a variety of music, and there was even a menu for videos. Damion tapped on the videos button and then quickly selected a random video. It began to play a home video of when Ronnie was younger with her mother and father. As the video played, he spoke softly over it. "It took some convincing, but eventually your brothers were willing to part with some of your families home videos. I also had a good friend hunt down a few pictures and movies that they thought they lost along the years." He paused slightly as he whispered softly into her ear. "I have very good friends who are very good at what they do."

"What a wonderful gift. Thank you," she said, slipping an arm around Damion and kissed him. "I hope you put some pictures of yourself in there, too." She could hardly wait to add pictures of their child to the mix, too.
"That's why I made sure there was an add feature." He smirked a bit before wrapping his arms around her waist. "Besides, I wanted to make sure our kid knows their family on both sides and just because your parents aren't around anymore it doesn't mean they still can't be a part of our baby's life."
Ronnie hugged him. "Have I told you lately how wonderful you are?"
"Yes." Damion replied softly before whispering. "But, feel free to repeat it as many times as you want."
With an impish grin, she began to kiss her way up his neck and across his cheek, pausing between kisses to tell him he was wonderful.
Damion chuckled softly as she kissed him. "We could always skip the last gift and continue this in bed if that's what your leading to, Babe."
She looked up at him and raised an eyebrow. "No. Let's get to the last gift and then continue this in bed. Anticipation is good for you."
Damion nodded his head, letting out a bit of a chuckle, before reaching down to the table and picking up the small box. Softly, he cleared his throat before opening the box to reveal a ring box inside. Slowly he took the ring box out and closed his hands around it, as if to hide it. "Before.... " He cleared his throat again. "Before I met you my life was chaotic. And chaotic to me was normal because I grew a custom to it on the Night-Star. So I learned to think on my feet and not care about the consequence, but with you Ronnie Lancaster, chaos is a welcomed change. I can handle chaos, but with you, I worry about the consequence. I am concerned about how you, of all people, see me at the end of the day. If you don't smile, I worry something is wrong and I need to fix it. If you cry, I feel the need to defend your honor and hurt whoever hurt you. And, there are some nights, I dread the day you are ever taken from me, because that is the day I turn into a monster and stop caring about other people and just let loose all my anger, all my sadness, and all my pain on whoever crosses my path." He put his head down a bit and closed his eyes. "But that will only happen if you are taken away from me... and so.. Ronnie Lancaster... I plan.." He opened his hand slightly, opening the box to reveal a gold ring with an impressive diamond in it. "I plan on keeping you very close." He looked up toward her and smiled a bit, his eyes slightly teary. "I can't promise you normal. I can't promise you safe. The only thing I can promise you is me. All of me. As is. Till death do us part. But only if you say yes and make us a true family."
Ronnie brushed the tears from her cheeks. That was the most romantic thing he'd ever said to her, and it melted her heart. "You are the best thing that ever happened to me, Damion. I don't feel whole without you by my side. I want nothing more than to spend my life with you." She rubbed her belly. "And with our baby." She caressed his cheek and smiled. "Yes. Most definitely yes."
"Are you sure? Cause remember, there is no turning back. I am not sure on the details but I am told there is a lot of paper work involved." Damion smirked again.
Ronnie chuckled softly and kissed him again. "Yes, love. I'm sure. I want you in my life -- all of my life. No doubts."
"Then you must be crazier than I am." Damion replied with a laughed before kissing her passionately on the lips. He kissed her a few times, saying the words, "I love you." in between each kiss. He than got down on his knee and placed his hand on her stomach before kissing it gently. "You better grow up to be like your mom." He than chuckled before kissing her stomach again.
Ronnie ran her fingers through Damion's hair in a caress. "The baby will be his or her own person and will be loved by both parents." She took a deep breath, enjoying the moment. "How about some dinner and non-alcoholic champagne?" she asked, realizing that she was hungry again. "And then I want to spend the rest of the night celebrating."
Damion stood back up and kissed her on the lips again before pulling back and smiling as he said. "Okay. As long as you're the one who breaks the news to Commodore York."
"Deal." She took his hand and led him into the bedroom.
