Mission: Of Gods and Men
Location: Gekkaro IV
Timeline: Morning

ON

Sam woke up just as dawn was breaking. She could sense others in the inn waking as well and wondered if there were morning prayers and if so, would she be able to get any more information on this lizard creature and what he'd done to her ship. She rolled over and kissed Damon. "I'm going to wake the others. We should all go to the temple this morning. Maybe if we split up we can find out what's going on."

"Just so long as that doesn't include you going anywhere solo." He said with a sidelong frown. He was still upset that she split off and went alone the last time. He was well aware of how independent, and more so, curious she was. Still, he didn't like the risk.

"I promise. This time, I'll take you with me," she said.

He swung his legs over the side of the bed and started dressing.

She dressed quickly and was on her way out the door when she heard the gong sound again.

She went across the hall and knocked on Cameron and Kara's door. "Get up. Let's see what's going on this morning."

She then went to find the others. Arnon wasn't in his room. Nor were Illise and Teenah. Had then gone out early?

She didn't know Illise well, but she and Teenah had fought together in the arena and Sam would be able to pick her out mentally. She paused while she concentrated on locating the Orion Betazoid.

Teenah was at the temple.

Hearing the knock on the door, Cam rolled out of bed and headed for the door to see who it was. he had a good hunch it would be Sam but he had to make sure

Sam saw the door open. "It's me," she said. "That's the call to morning prayers. We need to go with the others and find out what's going on."

[Room, undisclosed location]

Spartacus felt her head throbbing as she had in the past; a night of letting her hair down only this time she had not been dancing. She had been out with Hale; walking in the night and now she felt grass under her back. Her hand touched the straw and that was not what she was walking upon. She could not feel the warm metal on her thigh either and she noted something upon her keeping her warm.

Slowly her eyes opened to catch the candle light of a room; she felt the pillow under her head with the bed of straw she could only draw one conclusion.

'Damn we have been caught.' She thought to herself and slowly, her head throbbing from some sleeping agent that caused something like a hang over, she sat up and felt a slight shrp pinch in her bum. 'Men...' She

There was Hale still under the influnce of the sleeping agent, but someone else was touching Spartacus' aura, the faint rainbow of passionate pinks and vibrant purples from her regalness and the white of her soul all touching as a unique connection.

*Samantha...* Spartacus focused all her mental discipline to the reaching thoughts. *Been caught... pain in the butt but safe. *

"I'm here," Sam replied. "We'll find you. Stay safe."

Illise stirred slightly, staring to come awake. The pain in her head was not inviting and she tried to sink back into sleep to get away from it. But wakefulness would not be denied, and she slowly became more aware of the world around her.

Through the fog and the pounding in her head, Illise briefly thought she was elsewhere. But the bitter taste in her mouth did not taste like blood wine, and she did not hear any load snoring. Confused she opened her eyes, almost expecting to see the floor of the mess back on the B'rel. Trying to keep up with Klingons in their drinks had never really gone all that well...not that she had stopped trying.

The room was not at all what she expected, and quickly she tried to blink the fog away. Rolling over she saw a familiar woman on a bed nearby. "Teenah?" Her voice came out as little more than a dry whisper. Then she remembered where they were. "Oh no," she moaned, and looked around the room for the bag containing her hidden tricorder. It was not there.

"I am here." Spartacus was getting out of her bed with a placid grin. "I do not suppose we were as stealthy as we had hoped." She mused as she look around the room a bit more' At least the beds are comfortable enough and there are no bars." She walked to atable where there was a pitcher of water and two glasses, she pour two and then moved towards Hale. "Water helps with hang overs and left overs from sleeping agents." She winked as she offered Hale the drink. "At least they do not mean us harm for the most part. as far as cells go this one is better than a cold room and other bad things." She look into Hale's eyes and took in a good dose of her worried aura, the hues intertwining and the colors going from passionate explorer to fearful prisoner. "Are you okay physically?" She asked as she unconciously rub her bum where the 'dart' had struck her. "They could have been rough about this so I hope we are better off than we could be? I have seen worst places to be a captive."

*Hale -Is-Awake...* Spartacuse put all her concentration to Samantha. *Hale is awake...* She kept concentrating.

Illise slowly sat up, assessing herself and taking the glass. The effects of whatever they had been given was quickly wearing off and she did not feel quiet so bad as she had a minute ago. She didn't appear to be injured, with the exception of a stinging in her right thigh. No doubt how they were drugged. "I'm alright, only my pride shows any signs of injury." she smirked, and then sipped at the water. Now that the fog was lifting Illise took a second look around the room. Teenah was right. "Ya, as far a cells go, this one isn't so bad." She drained her glass.
