Mission:
Of Gods and Men
Location: Transporter Room
ON
Sam made good use of the information from both Illise and Teenah and replicated a dress that was Grecian in design, but also bore markings from one of the mountain villages.
Hans developed a special communication device that was disguised as an arm band. It required the DNA from one of the away team to work and appeared to be a silver band with a oval turquoise stone inset with filigree. She wore that, along with two wrist bands and a headband as her jewelry. Leather sandals and a knife strapped to her calf completed her ensemble.
Her hair was pulled up in an intricate ponytail to match her dress.
She was the first to arrive in the transporter room -- if you didn't count the cart filled with woven tapestries to trade.
Private first class Donald Jenkins arrived in the transporter room dressed in a brilliant white toga made of silk. The outfit really didn't give him a place to hide any phasers so he made due with a variety of knives. CQC was not his strong suit but he could hold his own if required. He hoped for this mission, the action would be kept to a minimum. However he heard with Samantha York there was no such thing as a quiet away mission.
Arnon arrived in the transporter room. He was wearing a tunic with a hem that went to just above his knees, sandals, and a wrap around cloak of similar length to the tunic that was pinned at his right shoulder. The back of the cloak could be brought up to form a sort of hood if he wished. He would have preferred to carry a phaser, but the Commodore had told him he could bring his medkit but no advanced weaponry. Instead he had a sword of Greek origin called a falcata at his belt with a knife to go along with it. In the hopes he would not have to use the sword, he carried a walking stick that could be used as a weapon if needed. covering his chest and back were chest and back armor that looked like it was made of boiled leather but was actually a synthetic that was much stronger. Around his waist was a skirt made overlapping flaps of the same material. His medkit was in a shoulder bag slung across his body from the left shoulder to the right hip.
"I have arrived," he said, striking a dramatic pose. "You may all now stop holding your breath in anticipation. Staring appreciatively at my legs is permitted."
"Lieutenant Barak -- Arnon for the purpose of our investigation," Sam said. "You do cut a dashing form. I am afraid, however, we will all be overshadowed by the arrival of Spartacus."
Jonathan arrived in a light brown robe that dragged on the floor behind him as he walked. The robe was bedazzled with tiny green gems on the cuffs of the sleeves and at the neck line. Underneath the robe was a thin light brown shirt that matched perfectly with the robe. On his feet were the same colored jandals.
The recommendation was put forth by the computer and he felt like an idiot wearing what he was, but he wasn't an anthropologist, so he wasn't going to argue. "I hope it's not chilly down there," he said with a semi-straight face. The only good thing about the robe was that it helped conceal whatever was underneath it.
The shuffle of silken material was heard with the light padding of sandaled feet from the silver looking sandals that wrapped up her leg to the bottom of the calf under her ivory layered material that flowed about her legs as she moved. The silver anklett was solid on her left ankle. The whimsical flow of Grecian style dress clinging to her form as the silver woven belt around her waist wrapped twice and the crossed her abdomin and chest to be tied behind her neck of the plunging neckline of the dress leaving a hinting towards her cleavage but not giving more than she wished seen for free. She carried wat seemed a satchel with her of a light autum brown that blend well with the color of her dress.
The hair was spiked as normal the twin woven silver strands that wrapped around her head to the large opal looking gem in the silver setting. On her left wrist was a intertwined strung bracelette three bands wide; her right wrist had a solid bracelette. Hanging from her left side just above the hip was the knife ; a longer blade that had a silver scabbard and cloth lined interior.
She moved in a comfortable; and measured cross over stride that accented her now very supple and olive toned legs with the style of a model walking comfortable on *her* runway as she looked up with green eyes and with quite a warm smile.
"Yes, I am Spartacus..." She said while basking in the change in her body from green to the Olive to allow her to blend. "Arnon, I see you have legs; those should keep the men looking for the new fashion statement you are making."
