Mission:
Deadly Diplomacy
Location: Sickbay
Timeline: some time in the morning
Doctor Ilse Frost woke up on the wrong side of the bed, literally, she shifted and rolled off the edge of the bed.
"Bloody hell, that hurt. By George, that was wrong in so many ways." She rolled over to her back and laid there for a long moment as pain coursed through her hip and rump. Finally with a deep breath she rolled over on the sore hip unto her stomach and pushed herself up unto her knees and sucked air in between her teeth. It felt cold on her teeth and a slight shiver ran down her back as she placed her hand up on the edge of the bed to help push herself up off the floor.
As she stood, Ilse paused and placed her hand on the small of her back and tilted her head one direction sideways and then the other direction until she heard an audible pop. Ilse groaned as as she arched her back slightly and placed one foot into one slipper and then the other into the other one. She turned her hand still on her back and shuffled over to the other room and the emergency medkit she had next to a small table next to the door she popped it open and pulled it open and grabbed the tricorder and snapped it open and started a scan on herself. "Bugger, that is going to leave a nasty bruise, I'm fortunate that i I hadn't hit the piece of furniture there."
Ilse sighed softly and snapped the tri-corder shut and replaced it back into the medkit. She wondered what was on the schedule for the day. Therapy for that klingon gent. Then who knew what, perhaps nothing, not much was listed on the duty roster and she suspected it seemed to be deadly quiet around the ship as if everyone were on leave. Ilse shrugged and trudged back to her bedroom and pulled on her robe. She turned and headed back to find a steaming mug of coffee or tea and a relaxing bite to eat before she headed to Sickbay. Maybe she could find time to visit the base in a relaxing manner.
