Mission: Revenge
Location: Orion Compound, Planetside

[OLD]

"This is not the place for a lovers' reunion," Bosley interrupted. "Both of you, back down the tunnel and outside.

Kara and Cam entered the arena with their team of Marines. "Bosley!" Kara said. "Good to see you."

Just then, the ground began to tremble violently, knocking everyone to the ground as the power went out.

[NEW]

Once Sam left the cell, Nero crawled as quickly as he could to his hidden bunker. He had no doubt now that he would not live if he didn't get to safety.

Korok growled at Bosley "Easier said then done, my knee feels like a smashed up piece of pulp and you shouldn't be so hard on a couple who care for one another, Bosley. In fact you should find yourself a good mate and settle down and practice a bit. It helps relieve tension, and you appear to have a *lot* of tension." Korok felt Andrews tug at him to help him up and he growled softly at her. "Not sure how much further this leg of mine can go. If you need, you leave me and escape."

Bosley just made a scoffing noise. He understood what Korok meant, but he also understood what Korok didn't: that a dangerous situation was no place for a reunion. Back on the ship, yes. In a potential combat situation, no.

Andrews just looked at Korok. "Nothing doing Mister...you're 'going home' with me. I'm not going to dissapoint our kids waiting for us. If I have to, I'll carry you.(whispering) And I have done it before you know" She replied with a wink.

Korok would have frowned if he could, all it did was pucker his eyes brows closer together over his dark eyes. He tried to remember when he had been carried around and it dawned on him. He cracked a smile as he glanced at this feisty amazon woman that he cared for like no other. Later though, he could exact his revenge, a extra deep bite to his favorite spot would do nicely. "Roberta, you could do that but it would look well..." Korok paused and his face turned a deep burgundy color, a color of embarrassment and he started to hoist himself up. A sudden stubborn streak fueled him as he continued to work his way to his feet. His mind went over what he knew of this place and the people here. He came to on conclusion. "No, you have to go home. You have to be safe, even if I do not make it. Promise me." His eyes pleaded with her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder again for support so he could hobble along one more.

Roberta sighed and looked at him, then hung her head down. "All right." She replied in a whisper. "If it looks like 'things' might go bad, I'll leave. But first.." She took out a knife and drew it across her hand. Then did the same with Korok's hand, being careful not to cut to deep. She touched her wound to his. "Now.." She said.."We are truly one.." She kissed him lightly and pulled him up. "Show me where the captives might be, and we'll rescue as many as possible."

"Around that corner, there are cells, lots of cells." Korok growled as he replied and spoke in his quiet rumble at her "What you find may not be to your liking. Some of these creatures have been here a long time. Some know nothing but how to fight, others have lost their minds. The crew of the Calypso is here somewhere as is the one called Samantha York"

Kara was using Peter's light as she came up to the others. "All the cells have been opened. You two should turn and head back out. We heard a lot of fighting, probably prisoners and guards. They're all headed this way. We've been ordered out of the compound and back to the surface."

Roberta looked at Korok. "What do you want to do?" She asked.

"Me? You came here to help, so I think that you should lead and I will follow." Korok replied

"If we're going to play 'follow the leader' than we better get started before we end up getting swamped by whatever trouble is coming" Cam suggested, worried that this was going to be a repeat of the Orion Mines

Roberta turned to Korok and Kara. "If we've been 'ordered out' of the area, then 'out' we should go. Shall we proceed to a beam up area, or a safer place at once?"

"Outside where we can be beamed up," Kara said. "I don't relish fighting in the dark anyway."

"I think we should make our way to the meeting point?" Orin said as he kept his Phaser Rifle at the ready. "I have established Communications with the ship and Munich wants us to get to the pick-up point for beam out, ALL personnel to report."

"Like the man said, move out," Kara ordered.

[Elsewhere]

The good thing about being a Slave Girl, hunkering down and staying out of the direct line of fighting kept her alive. The fact most men will not shoot on poor 'females' aided in getting back to where she had planned. An exit point, the place where the Federation people were filing.

The poor unarmed girl right behind the Slave Girl was scared and she did nto like how things were going, screeching at each near miss. The Little SLave Girl; even keeping low had a poise to her steps and she gave a false face of calmness.

"On Earth we used to do Fireworks on the 4th of July." She said over the sounds of combat. "This is a bit more exciting..."

An Orion appeared in front of the Slave Girl and raised a weapon, the SLave Girl did not hesitate as she knew well what her 'race'; especially male 'Enforcers/ thugs, would do. SHe lashed out with the sweeping kick to the knee to knock him slightly off balance as she extended the Gladius in a precise slash to the throat.

"Come on, Keep moving!" She urged strongly while weaving through the mixed crowd, the security woman fired a couple of salvos with the disruptor the Slave Girl gave. "The Federation will do a beam out and the closer we are to them the better!

The trio were getting close to the edge of the fighting and the major gathering of the Federation Personnel.
