Mission: Subjugation

"Impressive, Raines! You have a warriors heart and determination, but you lack the brains to react by strategy and not by anger." Kilgore flipped the button that switches the disruptor from Kill to Stun, a setting he rarely used and often forgot was there. "Consider this my last gift to you. Your life." With that he kicked him forward, holding out his Disruptor and firing a single burst to his back. The power from the blast, combined with Damons velocity, sent him hurtling into the drink tray.

At this point, Kilgore was responding to his own adrenaline, turning his aim towards Sam now. He saw the look in her eyes, the motion of her feet as she was positioning herself to move forward, and the pounding of her chest as her heart was moving a mile a minute. "Consider what your about to do, York! I wont enjoy shooting you as much as you wont enjoy being shot. I ask you to think about what your going to do and end this conversation on a good note." He placed his finger on the trigger and narrowed his eyes. Kilgore knew she was thinking it and was just waiting for her next move. Shooting her would probably hurt him as well, but much like every other woman he had shot over the years the pain would fade, but the scars would remain.
"Then you'd better shoot me now," Sam hissed. "Because I won't stand back and do nothing." Not when he shot the man she loved. Without a thought or move to telegraph her intentions, she grabbed a heavy object and hurled it at Kilgore, striking him in the chest.
A smile went across his face as he he saw her hurl something. The angry and fire behind her eyes put him in a slight state of euphoria. She had fire and he liked that. He let the object come at him, but at the last second brought his Disruptor holding hand back and knocked it away. It hurt his arm to hit such a heavy thing, but he showed no pain or telegraphed no disappointment. He just held the disruptor back at her and shook his head slowly. "Tsk, tsk, tsk. We would have be great together. I'll give you time to come around." He smirked and pulled the trigger.
Sam would be hit from the burst and knocked unconscious. Kilgore just stood there looking around at the aftermath of his meeting and sighed. "Damn. Now I have to get new bottles and a tray." He tucked his disruptor in his belt and walked over to Damons body. "GIBBS!" He hollered, knowing full well the Ferengi would have never left the bridge unless ordered by him.
As Gibbs walked into the office, he looked around at the bodies and gave his own disappointed sigh. The last thing he wanted was for this to go badly, but he would never tell the Captain that. "I take it the deal didn't take, Captain?" He said softly as he walked over to Kilgore.
Kilgore stood there for a moment, looking over Damons body and pulled out his Disruptor once again. "I would be so easy." He growled as he narrowed his eyes and made like he was going to pull the trigger again. "But I offered him his life and I am a man of my word." He tucked his weapon back in his belt.
"Wise choice, Captain." Gibbs responded with a smile.
Kilgore tilted his head and then, unexpectedly kicked Damon in the ribs. A smile came across his face as he turned to looked at Gibbs. "What? He's still alive." With that same smile he walked over to Sam's body. "The Escape Pod all rigged, Mister Gibbs?"
"Of course, Sir. As for your instructions. They are being sent to a heavily used section of space and picked up by a Starship from the Federation. We made sure to chart a course that leads into Federation space." Gibbs looked down at his PADD as he pulled up his glasses slightly. "I took the liberty of leaving them a medical kit and rations for their trip, as well as removing any and all traces of the Blackhearts last known location."
"Good Mister Gibbs. Very good." Kilgore replied as he stopped at Sam's body, slowly crouching down to get a better look. His eyes were focused on her as he traced her body with his gaze and seemed to be mesmerized by her. If the game wasn't so important to him, he would have taken her right now, but that would only add more to his current problems. "How did our guests<?i> fair?"
"Over 80% of them agreed to serve under your command, Captain. The others await in the cargo bay to be sent back to the planet to be picked up by the Syndicate." Gibbs replied as he looked up from his PADD.
"Lock all doors leading into the ship and open the Cargo Bay doors." Kilgore responded as he removed a knife from his boot and brought it down to Sam.
"But Sir, You promised they will be sent back to the planet." Gibbs replied, a shocked look on his face.
"And I kept my word. If they survive the vacuum of space and the hard landed back on the planet, they are welcomed to wait for their Beloved Syndicate. Hell, if they survive it at all they have my respect as well." He smiled darkly as he eased the blade to Sam's hair and removed a lock of it for himself. "Send a message to the Syndicate and report that there were hardly any survivors and that, due to Federation interference, those that did survive were captures. Then sell them back their products at double the price, no need to get out of this with nothing to show for it."
Gibbs made a note of it on his PADD as he watched Kilgore standed up and walked away, back to his desk, still holding the lock of hair. "Anything else, Sir?"
"That is all, Mister Gibbs. Have security take these two to their chariot." Kilgore sat down behind his desk, taking in the scent from the hair. He was going to enjoy this game, but more so then he did with Isabella.
