Mission: The Race for the Lost Treasure
Location: USS Calypso - Assistant Chief Operations Officers Office

[USS Calypso - Assistant Chief Operations Officers Office]

"Damn it!" Morgan said rather loudly as she was insanely frustrated with her computer at the moment.

"What's wrong...?" James asked as he had been standing in the door way for a few seconds now and she hadn't even noticed him there.

She jumped up slightly. "Damn you! Don't do that." She said looking up at him.

James smiled. "I'm sorry." He said as she stepped into her office carrying the drink that Mi-na had made him. He took a seat in one of the empty chairs like he often does in the morning and took a sip of the drink.

"What are you drinking?" Morgan asked. He was usually carrying around a glass of orange juice in the morning but this was something new. She could even smell it and it smelled sweet and delicious.

James winked at her.

Morgan raised an eye brow. "James, what are you drinking?"

"Honestly, I don't even know." He responded with a shrug of his shoulders.

"What do you mean you don't know?" Morgan was now curious.

He sighed. "Mi-na....I mean Lieutenant Son made me the drink."

"Why would she do that?" Morgan sat up straight looking at him with a curious look on her face. She began wondering just what exactly was happening aboard this vessel.

He shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not sure exactly - maybe she thinks I'm handsome."

Morgan laughed and shook her head. "Typical answer."

"Hey! It could happen." James protested.

"I could be assigned to an assignment where you weren't at...but that hasn't been my luck yet." She said with a grin on his face looking at him.

"I am not going to argue with you. I will be the more mature one and walk away from this one." James said as he took another sip of drink.

"That's a first..." Morgan said under her breath as her gaze returned to the monitor in front of her.

"So, you didn't tell me what was wrong..." James reminded her.

"It's nothing." She responded.

It obviously was something - James could tell so he decided to get up and walk around her desk and look over her shoulder. "You need to let it go."

"What do you mean I need to let it go? They disappeared on us last night. And now today, she is acting like she is your best friend there is something obviously going on here."

James walked back around and took a seat.

"I plan on getting to the bottom of it." Morgan added.

"You obviously don't have a high enough security clearance to view his file..." James said.

"Obviously..." Morgan repeated shaking her head.

"Why don't you ask the Chief...?" James suggested.

Morgan looked up at him. It was a good idea but it would never work. "Like he would give it to me...what would I tell him why I need it...?"

"You won't know unless you ask." James took one last sip of his drink then placed the cup of the desk. "And that one is up to you. I can't do everything for you." He said as he got up.

"Take your cup with you!" Morgan said.

"Have a wonderful day." James said with a grin on his face and walked out of the office.

"I'm not kidding with you! Take your cup!" Morgan yelled from her office but James was already gone. She sighed and leaned back. He was right. It was worth a shot however now she needed a good reason to why she needed the access code.
