[USS Calypso - Ready Room]

After the discovery made in the Communications center, Ensign Miyazaki had gone to Lieutenant Faye. She informed her of the situation that was beginning to develop on the planet below, more specifically the situation with the Coalition. She also proceeded to inform her of how she had proceeded in finding the information that she had found just in case there was any doubt about the information that she was presenting.

Lieutenant Faye looked at the information for a few brief moments. She tapped her communication badge and informed Lieutenant Tovan of the findings that were presented to her. He informed them that he wanted to see both of them in the ready room right away. He wanted to review the information for himself.

Now the three of them found themselves in the Ready Room which was right off the bridge. Lieutenant Tovan was sitting in the chair behind the desk. It was a chair that was meant for the commanding officer of the vessel. It suited him. Ensign Miyazaki and Lieutenant Faye sat across the desk in the chairs that were set up for those visiting the Ready Room.

Tovan held the PADD in his hand. He started at the screen only his eyes moving from left to right as the information on the screen scrolled. He quickly took all of the information in than placed the PADD on the desk as he leaned back in the chair. He looked in direction of Ensign Miyazaki. "Have you had the chance to confirm these troop movements with Chief Gates?"

Sakura gently shook her head. "No sir, I haven't confirmed them with the chief yet."

Tovan nodded. He wasn't surprised that she hadn't done that. Nor was he upset at her that she didn't do it. It would have been a correct course of action but he understood that she was still very green when it came to such things. "That's alright; we can do that right now."

Tovan opened a channel. "Tovan to Chief Gates..."

"Chief Gates here..."

"I have received information that the Coalition military might be on a move again. I need to know if you have observed any unusual movement by them in the last couple of minutes..."

"You have an excellent timing sir; I was just about to contact you about that. It seems that the troops that had earlier moved into position are withdrawing. It's very strange."

"We believe that there is some inner conflict with the governing bodies of the Coalition that might be playing a role in the way that the troops are being deployed."

"That would make sense sir. The troops in the far reaching areas of the Coalition territory are withdrawing from their posts are on their way back to their bases, at least that is where we believe they are returning. The strange part about it is that they taking all of the valuables from the buildings. All of the people are also leaving the cities and it does not seem forced, at least not from where we are standing."

"Fascinating...I want you to continue monitoring the troop movements if anything should change I need you to contact me right away."

"Understood, sir..."

"Tovan out..." The channel was closed and Tovan turned his attention to the two women sitting across from him. He looked at Faye for a moment than over to Sakura. "Ensign, I need you to continue doing what you have been doing. If anything should change or you should learn more inform me right away."

"Yes, sir..." Soon after that she was dismissed from the Ready Room. She excused herself and left the Ready Room and returned to the Communications Center.

"What do you think is going on...?" Morgan asked as she crossed her one leg over the other. She was leaning in the chair looking at Tovan.

"It's too early to tell, but we need to inform our teams on the ground of the development." He leaned backed in the chair and looked back at Morgan. "I have a strange feeling that Madam Onasi might have some information for us as well."

"So, you plan on contacting her than?" Morgan asked.

Tovan nodded. "Yes, we need all the allies we can get down on the planet especially right now and she has proven to be one up to this point."

"Let's hope she doesn't decide to betray us." Morgan stated.

Tovan nodded.
