Mission: Peace, or Something Like It
Location: Holodeck Two
Timeline: Present

Leroy smiled as he tapped his password into the Holodeck, opening up a pleathera of situations, mostly of the battle kind. "And what do you think we should throw our way? Something light and airy, or work over battle techniques? I'm not exactly someone that does light and airy."

"Contrary to popular belief..." Shalie started as she brushed past Leo. "Not all women respond to light and airy." She stopped and turned so that she was facing her date. "I will admit I am curious how skilled you are with you hands..." She knew the implied innuendo in her statement and that was part of the fun. "I am all for battle techniques as long as they are one on one...unless you are afraid to fight a female." A knowing smile crossed her lips as she watched for his response.

Leo chuckled and tapped a command into the deck. "What ever works," he muttered as he looked to the opening doors, and noticed that the dojo he had ordered opened. "After you Shalie, and we'll see how good you are with your hands." Stepping past her with a wink and smile, he flexed his hand and grabbed the on coming knife and laid it down on the sword stand. "Whats your poison?"

Shalie smiled as she removed her outer shirt revealing the tank top she wore beneath. She allowed it to drop to the floor as she moved towards the weapons table. She looked over her options and was more then happy to take her time. Her eyes fell upon her weapon of choice. She reached out and grasped the pair of asps. With a flick of her wrist they doubled in length.

Leo chuckled and reached for the one weapon he knew he could deal damage with, if it was covered with a pad. "So, you favor the batons. I'd normally go for a Katana, but lets see what I can do..." looking at the table, he let his eyes drift, and go slightly out of focus. He was proficient, and deadly, with every weapon here. He didn't want to take it easy on the girl, but he wanted a challenge. Smiling, he picked up a length of chain, then let it drop. "I'll chose the same weapon he said, then turned, the twin asps locking into the extended position. Stepping forward, he tossed them into the air, and deftly reoved his uniform jacket and shirt, leaving him bare chested. As he caught the twin weapons, he settled into a low stance and smiled.

One arm was raised slightly above his head and angled to the left, while the other was about chest level and angled to the right. "When ever your ready."

Shalie smirked as she twirled the the asps at her side. She was by no means a master of the weapon but she wasn't a novice with them either. She was looking forward to finding out just how good the Marine was. She was sure he was a much better fighter then her but this was going to be fun.

Allowing another moment to pass as she moved to her place across the floor from Leo she took her stance before making her move. She moved swiftly across the mat using the weapon in her left hand she engaged the asp above Leo's head. She kept her other arm ready to defend as her foot quickly swept towards his back foot.

Leo knew the attack, and knew it well, it was his favorite to open with. Pushing with his high defensive weapon, he noticed her bending back just a little, then lifted his right foot in a sweeping round house kick, sweeping to her inner left thigh. "Not bad Shalie, but you may want to think outside the box, makes fighting with defensive weapons much more exciting." Pulling his foot in, he saw the wind blow her legging to the side, and it spun him around. Stepping back, he lowered them to his sides, pointed straight down, his eyes on her. "Lets try a new approach."

Shalie smiled as she regained her balance but didn't back away from Leo. She instinctively twisted her wrists spinning the asps as she watched him. "Well by all means...Leo...teach me." She replied with a seductive smile. She didn't mind learning but she would never miss a chance to flirt shamelessly.

Chuckling, he winked and drove forward, the asps spinning around each other in a defense shield, but also an offensive strike. Spinning to his left, he drove the asp straight forward into her chest, chuckling. "Well thats good, because I can teach you a lot in all aspects of a relationship."

Shalie instinctively blocked his attack with some strain. He was stronger then her but she wasn't going to let that stop her. She spun to the side taking his asp with her. With a twist of the wrist it slipped from his grasp. She stepped in pressing herself against his side. "I am sure you would find the session mutually beneficial." Being nearly the same height she didn't have much trouble reaching his ear before she released him and took a step back.

Spinning back, he smiled, and flipped the asp in his hand. With it pointed behind him, it was defensive only. "I'm always willing to learn," he said before rushing in and tackling her. Dropping his shoulder into her stomach, he lifted and dropped the both of them to the ground and smiled. Bending down, he whispered in her ear, then kissed her cheek and stood, backing up. He wanted to see how his rather blunt invitation had went over.

Shalie couldn't help but let out a little squeal as Leo lifted her before dropping her to the mat. She wasn't shocked by the comment or the bluntness of the invitation as she smiled up at him for a moment before making her move. With a quick move of her body she easily swiped both feet from under her opponent before taking a pinning position above him. With her feet restraining his legs and her hands now holding his arms a knowing smile crossed her lips. "After a statement like that...you are only brave enough to kiss my cheek." She watched amused as she awaited a response.

Leo chuckled and looked at their position. "You know, this is exactly how I was thinking," he said looking down their bodies. Looking back up at her, he smiled. "Only because I didn't know how you'd react Shalie. Now that I know," he wrenched his arm free and grabbed her by the back of the head, and reached up, kissing her fully on the lips while drawing her head down towards the floor.

The next morning, Leo awoke in Shalies bed, looking around the small room. He wasn't uncomfortable, but he wasn't used to it. Rolling over, he smiled as he saw the young woman that lay next to him. Kissing her shoulder softly, he chuckled. "Wake up Shalie, I think we need to talk..."

Shalie opened her eyes slowly before she turned to face the man laying next to her. She smiled before she spoke. "hmmm...good morning...what is on your mind?" her voice was still sleepy as she began to wake up.

"I didn't mean for this to happen," he said with a laugh. "But then again I don't think anyone does. I wanted to ask how far you want this to go? Do you want a relationship, us to act professional like it never happened, or what? I've never been much on words..." He kissed her cheek again and smiled. "That's all really."

Shalie laughed as she reached her arm around his neck to pull him in for a quick kiss. "Well...I know I enjoyed myself way too much to pretend like it didn't happen." She followed her statement with another quick kiss. "We can always just see what happens?" She smiled as she pulled back from another quick kiss. "What are your thoughts?"

"Every time I've tried to make something work, it hasn't. I've been single for far too long as well," kissing her a little more passionately, he smiled. "But we can always try and see what happens." Kissing her again, he looked over her shoulder and looked at the chrono. "And I think we're late for work."

Shalie laughed, "I thought you said you were off for the next two days?" She wrapped her arms around his neck giving him a long kiss before she pulled away. "I on the other hand need a shower before I try to go anywhere." Using the sheet as a cover she stood up from the bed moving into her bathroom.

He chuckled and watched her leave. He did have the next couple of days off, but that didn't mean that he didn't want to surprise her with something. Watching her go into the shower room, he grinned and rolled over for his clothing. He'd take a shower in his own room, then stopped. "Mind if I join you?" he called across the room before the doors could close.

Only Shalie's head appeared around door jamb. "Like you have to ask." She answered with a large knowing smile. She disappeared back around the door starting the steaming shower and stepping in.

Rising, he walked quickly into the room, closing the door, and joining this exciting young and beautiful woman, in something that could only be a dream.
