Timeline: After "Getting To Know"
Marek was on his way back to his quarters after his shift in engineering ended and was looking forward to getting some rest. He had done several here and there patch jobs as helped others with their tasks; he was getting to know those he worked with as well by asking questions about them. Of course answering theirs about him as they came up during the conversations.

The Romulan stopped mid stride. ~ Doctor? Oh no my physical, I completely forgot. ~ He realised and moved out of the gang way then tapped his combadge. =^= This is Lovok, go ahead. =^= He replied playing dumb.
=^=Um, it looks like Doctor Bowen has you down for a physical today and it appears that you haven't shown yourself here.=^=
=^= Oh yes, I apologise. Loss track of time with getting stuck into my duties. I'll be there momentarily. =^= The Romulan changed direction from going to his quarters to making his way to Sickbay on deck 5.

< Sickbay >
Marek walked in and approached whom he assumed was Doctor Hart. "Sorry about being late Doctor, we engineers do get carried away with our work."
"Just don't make it a habit. I'm trying to get everybody up-to-date while she is away...getting her list done. So, any concerns or medical illnesses or injuries you had that weren't reported?" Jason picked up the PADD to glance at his history.
"No." Marek said.
"Okay, then let's get started." With the tricorder in hand, he started the scans after the engineer took a seat on the biobed. After two minutes of silence, "Your blood pressure is a little high and that can be common with engineers. Everything else looks good." He picked up a hypospray and slipped a medicine container into it. "I'm going to give you something to bring your blood pressure down..."
"Okay," the Romulan replied. "Did you get my medical record from my last assignment? I'm not sure if they sent it or not."
Before the doctor touched his neck with the hypospray, he asked, "I guess not...was there something different?"
"No, in any case I have a copy with me but it's in my quarters. I shall forward it to Sickbay's computer when we are done here." Marek said.
"Oh okay," he said as he injected the medicine into the Romulan's neck. Jason put the instrument away. "Well, looks like you are free to go...be sure to get me that copy."
Marek nodded. "I will Doctor, thank you. See you shortly." He hopped off the biobed and headed out of Sickbay to collect his medical file from his quarters.
< Sometime Later >
The Romulan re-entered Sickbay with a padd in hand. "Doctor," he called for he couldn't see Hart anywhere. ~ Maybe his shift ended? ~ Marek thought.
A male EMH appeared in thin air, "Please state the nature of the emergency."
"No emergency, just dropping off my medical file." Marek said.
The EMH frowned and became agitated, "medical file?"
"I recently transferred aboard," the Romulan offered his padd to the hologram. "Shouldn't there be at least two doctors on duty at all times?" Marek asked looking around the seemingly abandoned Sickbay.
"I was activated thirty minutes and five seconds ago by Doctor Hart. You will have to speak to Doctor Bowen about the situation," he accepted the PADD and left him standing there, walking towards the doctor's office. He came out within a minute and stood there, waiting for command.
"Very well. Thank you, should I deactivate you?" Marek asked.
"Please do."
Marek nodded. "Computer deactivate EMH," the hologram vanished and the Romulan departed Sickbay to head off to his quarters to get some sleep before his next shift. He recalled his encounter in the mess hall with Erin and smiled; he was glad he had made a new friend.
