[Triage]
The Triage area was bustling, barely a spare 'bed' in sight and a lot of noise. Nathaniel was lucky he had worked with a handful of the nurses to know names; at least he could catch someone's attention. One little nurse walked by and hurried them off to a spare bed and flew off in the opposite direction to find a Doctor and a retinal scanner.
It seemed that there was a lot of bustling around as the wounded were being cared for. Slave Girl was shivering a bit despite being in a cargo bay converted to a sick bay. She wanted to get this over with as she had places she wanted to be; anywhere else is not true, her own cabin with the 'creature comfortsshe had bought came to mind, she had to wait just a little longer.
"Did she just act like we were not even here."Slave Girl touched the wrist that had been with the torch, it was closest to her at the time.
"Ikumi is pretty on the ball, seen her in Ops a few times treating guys who couldn't be moved right away. We won't have to wait too long, all the better for you really." Nate said, waiting patiently beside her.
"I hate being a slave 'again', being treated like you are just like that Biobed, right in plain sight and only used for others ... needs." She noted as she stood there. "I will take your word for it Master Nathaniel."
Ikumi came back with one of the lower level Doctors, retinal scanner in hand. "Now what can we do for you, Nate-san?" Ikumi asked, quite polite and gentle.
"This young lady seems to have had a bad time with the Anti-pheromone treatment, temperature is down and I've been trying to keep her rugged up. We also need a retina scan done, Chief's request and all."
"Oh, that's no good. We can look after her. Doctor, can you do the Retina scan while I check her over and get a fresh warmed blanket?"
The warm blanket was mostly what she wanted right now, but the thought of the instant of cold did not set well as she gripped the Masters wrist next to the torch on it.
The doctor was one of few words but let a gasp go when she saw the records come up that were attached to the retina scan. "Excuse me miss, but for full identification and logical purposes can you please do a voice print verification for me? Computer, voice print verification mode. Go ahead when you are ready."
"Ensign Teenah Spartacus, Counselor USS Calypso." Spartacus said loud enough to be heard as she was tired and the warmth was affecting her. "Not the dead girl everyone thinks I am."
[Voice Print confirmed, Ensign Spartacus of USS Calypso.]
"Am I aback to the universe of the living?" Spartacus asked.
"Nathaniel, I believe it would be a logical move to contact Chief Munich at this point. It will take some time to treat the counselor and seeing as someone is in error over her records it needs to be corrected before we can logically proceed too far past this juncture. I do apologies that nobody but Mr Jacobs has been of aid to you until this point."
"I was here for all of twenty minutes before being taken." She smiled with some relief. "Next time first place I go is the Medical check before reporting to Command, might save a lot of trouble?" She put her forehead to the hand of Mr. Jacobs, a Slaves way of respect to a Master for gratitude shown to her.
=^= Jacobs to Munich, We have full confirmation sir. We have our counsellor back, safe and sound. Still a little the worse for wear and she was unaware that she had been reported as 'dearly departed'. I believe we can lift that off her records now. =^=
=^= Great to hear we have one less casualty, I will inform the Commadore; she personally had to report the young lady's demise so I think she will be happy to send one less letter to a family reporting their loved one's demise.=^=
=^= So, where to from here, sir? I believe I'll need to go to Ops and retrieve the Counsellor's comm badge, bare minimum."
=^= See to her immediate requirements with Medical and I am sure they will want her to recover elsewhere since it does not seem like she is on her death bed. Please see she is comfortable and if needed check to reactivate her quarters. I will get al;l the other clearances taken care of from this end=^=
=^=Understood sir, I'll sort everything out as soon as she is ready to move to quarters.=^=
=^= You did well Jacobs, you should be commended for your observations, seems that our Counselor fell through some gap in all the turmoil? I am glad you found her early.=^=
=^=Uh.... thanks sir.=^= You could almost hear the blush in his voice. =^= Jacobs out.=^=
"The Chief will clear the records mess up and make sure everything you need will be active by the time you make it to quarters. We just have to wait for the girls to clear you to quarters and then we can get your comm badge from Ops and get you 'home' to rest."
"You will be sore and rather ginger for a couple of days, stay off your feet as much as possible. We are rather 'occupied' so I have done as much as I can for your eye. The rest of the damage is cosmetic and will logically resolve itself over the coming days. Still any home treatments to 'soothe' and aid the healing process are of your own volition. You are released into the care of Mister Jacobs. Welcome back, Counsellor."
"Thank you Doctor..." She looked at her small outfit. "Could I get something more dignified and ... warmer to wear if I am to go to my quarters?"
"I believe I have a spare set of Medical scrubs; they are not the most fashionable of things but they should at last cover you up and keep you warm till you get to quarters." Ikumi ran off and came back with the light teal colored medical scrubs.
"That will be fine, thank you." Spartacus accepted the clothing and turning her back slightly.
She put the pants on first, still under the wrapped part of the blanket without letting her unmentionable be seen, the shirt went on nexy before she untied the halter necck and 'dragged the wisp of a dress over the pants and handed it to the nurse. "Please burn that." Spartacus said almost coldly. "Thank you for your healing of my wounds and I will take it easy as I can use the rest, believe me."
Turning to Mr. Jacobs she smiled and reached to touch his comm badge. "May I?" She touched to activate it. "Open speakers to Spartacus Cabin." She said. "Good Morning ESHa, I will be there soon, please had a [untranslated term] type bath ready please." The closed the channel.
Spartacus sighed with relief.
"Can you take me to my cabin Mr. Jacobs?" She did not care what that sounde like, she wanted her bath anyway.
