Dayton was sitting on his couch when the screen illuminated. The signal was perfect as he was looking at Commander John Gifford, who was The Task force 72's Intelligence Officer on the USS Endeavor

"Dayton, how are you doing?"

"Fine Sir, things are well here."

Gifford nodded, "I have some good news for you, Effective immediately I'm promoting you to Assistant Intel Chief there on the Orion. I know this may be a shock to you, but I need a good hand over there. Whats the status on the distress signal your Captain responded too?"

Marsh looked stunned, "Thank you Sir, I wasn't expecting that at all. The signal from the ship and the ship are gone Sir. We arrived and it was apparent the ship could have been towed away as we had traces of Two ships at this location."

"Interesting, I'll need you to file a report of the incident and forward it to me as soon as possible. Again congratulations on the new job over there and if there's anything I can do let me know."
