Farewell, Leo

Leroy Mangalia, our soon to be ex-Marine CO, is now an NPC. He will not survive his trip to the Borg Rhombus.

This does NOT mean Tony is leaving. On the contrary, he is simply changing direction -- and character. He is our new Assistant Chief Intelligence Officer, Anthony "Shade" Benge.

So long, Leo. You've been a great Marine! And welcome Shade. I look forward to your contributions to the Calypso story!
