Entries should be placed in the most relevant department heading -- if a crewmember does not have access to that department, they can write the entry in their department and either message the CO or XO and s/he will move it to the appropriate department heading.
Wherever possible, links to external websites will be used instead of cutting and pasting information from other sites. This does a service to those who spent their time and effort to develop their own site, and it gives crewmembers exposure to those sites where they can explore and learn more on their own.
Original entries within a department are highly encouraged. When creating entries, keep in mind that they are HTML based.
