The Corpsman nodded, dropping his ruck and started unzipping it. Out came collapsible Marine tools for creating, and negating chemical and biological weaponry and started setting it up. "Do we have a viable sample that isn't from a host, Doctor?" Unclipping legs, he set up his own little table, and started unpacking several more tools, including a radio microscope that was much smaller than what was found on a ship. "If I can find a sample that isn't tainted by human blood, then I may be able to figure out how to De-weaponise it, if it's even a weapon."

The doctor nodded and went over to the counter to pick up a vial. She returned to the Corpsman and handed it to him. "This was found on most the people's clothes." Leanne glanced over at the surgeon laying on a cot. "My surgeon is getting worse and I'm concerned about him. He has treated a lot of people...," she said as she turned her head to look at the man who appears to be older than being young. "One of my helpers appears to be immune and she is not fully human...but is a trill." Enough information? She wondered as she watched him prepared his instruments.
"That could just be cause of the symbiotic natural defense system to anything out side," The corpsman said looking around. "We don't have an isolation shield do we? I'm going to have to open the vile, and I don't want anyone else catching this." Grabbing another small machine and a tricorder he looked the table over. Everything was just how he wanted it, order. In this world of chaos, even a little order would help.
"Everyone in this building has already been exposed to the virus. A little shielding isn't going to stop that," Helga said calmly. "That's why we're under quarantine. We didn't realize we'd been exposed until a half dozen people collapsed. Doctor Bowen's isolated the virus. She just doesn't know how to cure it. Yet."
Callen walked into the room with a try of cloths and bowl of water. She was worried to point she walked up to Bowen and stated, "Ma'am could I have a mintue of your time?"
"Sure," Doctor Bowen said. "What's going on?"
"Sir some of the officers are really ill looking like the civilians. I would suggest them to be releved of duty as soon as possible," she confessed to the ill looking doctor. Then she looked over at the Coorpsemen and nodded her head, "There's gotta be something else I can do ma'am."
Daniels entered the area. He had a wrist-band, emitting a sterile field. He held it up, indicating that he had neither been exposed, nor contracted it in another manner. "No shooting." He said, allowing the others to see. "Stran's not getting any worse. He woke up briefly again, and I talked some sense into him. He's entering a Vulcan healing trance. He suggested, however, that I do things with my phaser, that I'd never heard a Vulcan suggest before. I think he may be slightly delirious. Regardless, I'm making a call to Tyler, for more phaser packs, and a couple more officers. He wants to send Madison down, because her environmental field generator will protect her naturally, or so he claims. Just checking if there's any truth to that, as Kyt will kick my ass, if I don't check, rather than Robert's."
"That would be unwise," the Corpsman said looking up from his instruments. "Bringing more people down, if they have a decon suit or not, will be at risk. This has spread far enough, and we need to keep it contained. The phaser packs shouldn't be an issue, but the people are." Looking back at his instruments he swore and picked up a small device, then threw it against the wall. "It just mutated, right in front of me!"
Callen's eyes revered from Bowen to the Corpsemen. She wondered what was wrong with the picture. And why a poor device was the poor victum of his rage.
"The woman is in an Aquatic Field generator. Do you seriously think it's going to be able to permeate that?" Daniels asked. "And with Stran down, I'm asking for your opinion of the field, not the woman. Kyt's going to have a field day if I don't keep a proper security contingent down here. Do you want to be the one answering to Lieutenant antimatter?"
The corpsman, already having a bad day spun on the man. "Tell her to bring it. If people come down here, they contract a virus that just MUTATED INFRONT OF ME!" He started yelling at Daniels. "DO YOU WANT TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT THEY'RE LIKELY TO PUT THEIR LIVES IN DANGER FOLLOWING ORDERS BECAUSE YOU THINK-" Tyrr cut himself off, grabbed a small object and threw it as well. "Sorry, but with the Marines here, theres more than enough security. And with Captain Mangalia awake finally, we're in good hands. You want to hurt more people by bringing them down here? Be my guest, but when she sticks her foot so far up your anus, don't come crying to me."
