Nurse Yvette Jaynes walked to the arboretum on deck 15A after she was given instructions by Doctor Bowen to find a particular plant, one that has a special herb for inflammation. She doesn't know much about herbs herself.

"Hello?" She called out, looking at the place covered with plants.

Lizzie's head popped out of a nearby tree. "Hello. Do you need something?"

Seeing a friendly smile on her face, Yvette returned her a smile as she walked up to her. "Hi, I'm Nurse Yvette Jaynes and I'm looking for something that the doctor needs. Are you the plant keeper...botanist?"

"Plant keeper, tree keeper, what do you need?" she asked, dropping to the ground. "I have a number of plants."

The nurse looked down at her PADD and tried her best to pronounce the word, "Oe-noth-era Bien-nis...a primrose plant." She looked up at the Botanist, "Ever heard of it? I was told that one of the patients is having trouble with a medication and needs a herb to control the flu-like symptoms."

"I've got a number of medicinal herbs in one of the back rooms," Lizzie said, leading the nurse to the workrooms. She looked up her herb on the computer and nodded. "We have some. It's in flat 12A. Over here." She led the way to a flat of small plants on one of four rows of tables.

She looked at the tags and selected one. "For one person?" She asked, carefully removing half a dozen leaves. "Have the doctor try this. If it works, I can replicate a plant for your use."

Yvette watched her retrieved the leaves, placing it in a white paper, and folded it carefully. She took it from her. "For now it is for one person. I'm sure we might need it again if it works. I will definately let her know of your offer...," she said with a smile. "The doctor made a last trip to the starbase and she was able to get some herbs. Well, she was looking for this kind to see if it will do the trick."

"Any time," Lizzie said with a smile. "Let her know there's a room full of herbs she can check out."

The nurse nodded her head. "Thanks," she held onto the plant leaves and turned to leave. That was her first time being in an arboretum. First time for everything.
