Nominated by Lieutenant Commander Leanne Bowen 		Noelle Ghassan, a marine officer, has developed her character within joint posts with the CMO. She has an interesting disorder that is rare and Doctor Bowen is working to finding a cure. Her personality is pleasant, too.
