| Physical Description | Tall and well built, he is an exact twin for the original Leroy Mangalia that passed away on the USS Calypso during an away mission, except that he does not have the knifes burned into his flash or a robotic leg. His eyes are different, he was blinded by a chemical spill at six, and given a cybernetic implant so he could continue his life. His uniforms fit snuggly but not so tight that they are strained and his hair is almost to the point of being a buzz cut, but not quite. There is also a perpetual smile on his face. | |

| Personal History | Leroy James Mangalia did not have an easy life. As a young child he was caught in an illegal chemical spill, and lost his eye sight. Doctors tried to safe his eyes, but ended up having to have the cornea removed and replaced with a bionic/cybernetic implant. It returns his normal sight, allows for infra-red and up to 30x zoom if he has been shot down and is running. It does have active tracking but it is never used, because it causes horrendous migraines. | |
