Two new officers

Please join me in welcoming Lieutenant Andrew Argyle, our new Chief Ops.

He's arriving just in time to see everything fall apart. lol

Second, the player behind Ted Turner has switched to Engineering. Our new Chief Engineer is Lieutenant JG Kalyka Meral. She will meet us on Starbase Typhon.

Ted is now an NPC... and will forever be haunted by ghezuns wearing security yellow... (Just kidding... sort of)
