A New Engineer

Hi, everyone!

Our former chief engineer was removed for inactivity. We wish the player well.

And as a follow-up to that, please join me in welcoming Lieutenant Penelope Bardot-Jannetty as our new chief engineer.

In character, Penny has been on board as the assistant and is now acting chief, to be promoted by the end of the mission.

So, there will be no "coming aboard" posts, but she's going to be ordered to see the counselor. :)
